Contacting and engaging the firm

Visiting this website, using a calculator or simply sending a message does not establish a lawyer–client relationship. An engagement requires acceptance by the firm. Until then, the firm does not monitor deadlines or take procedural steps on your behalf. For time-sensitive matters, please establish in person or by telephone, in good time, whether the firm will accept your instructions.

Calculations and English versions

The vehicle calculator provides initial mathematical guidance. The legally relevant inputs, such as expected total lifetime mileage, and any additional claims must be assessed individually.

The English versions also concern Austrian law. English descriptions of Austrian legal concepts do not mean that corresponding rules of another jurisdiction apply.
